Length of Appointment
A regular appointment begins at the scheduled appointment time and lasts 60 minutes depending on the student’s needs and schedule. Please make every effort to be timely. If you are late to an appointment, please understand that our session will be shortened.
Fees and Payment
Payment for services is due when you schedule your session. We will refund tutoring packages 48 hours prior to the start of the class or first tutoring session, minus a 10% processing fee. Within 48 hours of a tutoring package starting, we cannot issue refunds. Our fees are subject to change.
Cancellations
There is no charge for cancellation of an individual appointment made at least 48 hours in advance. With shorter notice you are agreeing to pay the fee for the time you reserved.
Score Increases
Score increases are highly variable and subject to a number of different factors. As a result, we cannot guarantee standardized test or admissions outcomes. We can guarantee that we will provide excellent preparation!
Online sessions
Online sessions may be recorded and used for internal training purposes only.
